Having taken some advice from a couple of readers, I have now abandoned the plan of adding a new chapter every week, and have now added all the chapters for ‘Eastward Ho!’ and ‘Eastward Again!’ so that they are available to you whenever you want to read them. All the chapters in Part One of ‘In High Places’ will be added shortly – I am at present working on these chapters. Thank you for your patience!
